ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

When you receive your order, check that everything is okay and that there are no damaged or incorrect items. You can contact us within the following 14 days from receiving the order via the site's chat or by sending an email to hola@strawbebi.com with your order number and a photo of the product in question so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES

If your package is taking longer than usual and there is no update on the tracking, please contact us via the site's chat or by sending an email to hola@strawbebi.com with your order number and we will do our best to locate it. Please keep in mind that once the package is sent it is completely out of our control. Strawbebi Shop is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages (except for loyal customers who have ordered multiple times).

Keep in mind that Holidays, weather conditions, customs, postal strikes may delay the delivery of your order.

RETURNS

You have 14 days since receiving your order to start the return process, as long as the product has not been used and is in perfect condition. In this case, the shipping costs would be paid by the customer. Once the order is received and we check that everything is okay, a refund will be made for the amount of the items - excluding the initial shipping and packaging costs.

RETURNED PACKAGES

For packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed mail, a refund of the amount of the items will be made - shipping costs and packaging costs are not included in the refund. If you'd like for us to ship them again you're welcome to place another order.

Please check the address carefully before and after making the purchase (especially the postal code) to avoid returns and delays.

CANCELLATIONS

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours since you placed the order via the site's chat or by sending an email to hola@strawbebi.com within the next 24 hours. After this time, your order we'll begin to process it and we are not able to cancel it.

EDIT/COMBINE ORDERS

IIf you'd like to add/remove an item from your order or combine several orders in one same package, please get in touch with us sending an email to hola@strawbebi.com or through the site's chat as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made using the same payment method initially used. Please note that refunds are not immediate (except PayPal) and refund times vary by bank - if it takes more than 10 business days to be show up in your account, please contact your bank.
